Bexley Beaumont acts for The Done Family on investment purchase

Bexley Beaumont Real Estate Partner Marc Ferster has acted for the Done family on the purchase of offices in Warrington.

Marc advised Asset Manager Peter Buckles on the deal, which involved the acquisition of three office buildings on The Links Business Park at Birchwood.

One of the buildings has already been leased by the public services contactor Serco PLC while the other premises are being refurbished with a view to also being let later this year.
