Bexley Beaumont has explained how a focus on excellence and a clarity of vision has seen it top an influential legal industry study for the fourth successive year.
It was found to be the fastest-growing platform or fee share firm in new research compiled by the legal technology and market intelligence specialist Codex Edge.
The report also concluded that Bexley Beaumont had one of the sector's highest talent retention rates..
Codex Edge described the firm as "perhaps the best example of more focused Platform firms....executing with real clarity and purpose".
Bexley Beaumont's co-founder and Chief Executive, Karen Bexley, said that the findings demonstrated the benefits of having an "uncompromising" attitude towards recruiting based both on legal skill and alignment to the firm's core values.
"We have not lost sight of our original intention of becoming the firm of choice for those lawyers looking to really develop their careers.
"The research shows not only that we can attract very capable individuals but that they choose to stay with us because they recognise how they can prosper in an environment based on a combination of autonomy, collaboration and excellence of support not available elsewhere.
"Even though we are still a relatively young firm compared to some of the others mentioned in the Codex Edge study, our strategic growth shows that our approach clearly works."
Codex Edge has outlined its belief that this year's edition of its report marks something of a watershed.
It has identified how the number of lawyers working in platform and fee-share firms has exceeded 5,000 for the first time, "confirming the platform and fee-share model's transition from alternative choice to established market force".
Codex Edge found that four of the 10 "highest-hiring firms" across the entire UK legal industry were platform practices.
Ahmed Shahin, Codex Edge's Director of Technology and Analytics, outlined how the figures reflected "a fundamental shift in where experienced lawyers are choosing to build their careers".
He added that platform firms were "investing in infrastructure, support and culture to operate effectively at scale, attracting lawyers who want autonomy and financial transparency without sacrificing quality, collaboration or professional support".
Of all the firms which featured in the research, Bexley Beaumont had the highest five-year Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 74.83 per cent.
Codex Edge has remarked that Bexley Beaumont's performance had seen it quickly flourish from its start in 2020 into a well-established mid-tier firm.
It was also able to boast one of the highest lawyer retention rates for any platform firm of 95.1 per cent.
The report's outcome is the latest justification for Bexley Beaumont being one of the platform sector's most successful operators.
In January, the firm became one of only 38 law firms in England and Wales to be certified as a B-Corporation.
Bexley Beaumont achieved the prestigious international standard for sustainability and governance after a rigorous two-year assessment, recording one of the highest scores of any qualifying legal practice in England and Wales in the process.
Ms Bexley highlighted how the accreditation was evidence of the firm's meeting another of its key pledges; namely, adding value to the community.
