Caroline is an employment solicitor, with 16 years experience, that predominantly specialises in mergers and acquisitions from an employment perspective, complex restructures and large scale redundancies.

Caroline also has a great deal of experience in complex and high value employment litigation matters, both in the High Court and Employment Tribunals.

Caroline has worked for a number of top London firms and has a strong track record of delivering strategically focused commercial solutions, successful contract negotiations, developing employee/management initiatives and delivering board level strategic decisions.

Outside of work, Caroline spends a lot of time walking her 18 month old Sproker (Olive) and loves being on the water, being an avid sailor. She is also a life long Arsenal fan and fancies herself as a bit of a "wizz" in the kitchen.
