Graeme is a UK private client solicitor with over 15 years’ experience in common law trust structuring.

He enjoys protecting families by implementing carefully considered bespoke estate plans, making efficient use of English legal instruments such as wills, trusts, family investment companies and lasting powers of attorney, to name a few. All to ensure UK tax mitigation, compliance and optimal succession of private wealth.

Graeme also provides UK tax, residence and English trust advice for both individual clients and corporate family office clients internationally.

Lifetime planning for high-net-worth UK connected private clients is Graeme’s particular area of interest. He also deals with the administration of cross boarder estates, liaising with his reliable network of trusted advisors globally through the language mediums of English and French.

Graeme read Law with French at the University of Sheffield, Civil Law at Université Nancy II and has successfully completed the diploma in legal practice at the College of Law in Chester. He completed his legal education with the professional skills course for trainee Solicitors of England & Wales at the University of Law in Bristol.

In addition, Graeme has obtained both the diploma in international trust management and advanced certificate in cross border estates through the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners. Of which, he is a full member and registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) since 2012.
