Anna has advised on a wide range of M & A and private equity transactions for over 15 years, she has acted for corporate clients, entrepreneurs, owner managers and private equity /venture capitalists.

In addition Anna gained extensive in house experience at a £1.2bn turnover Enterprise plc (now Amey plc) where for a number of years she reported to the company’s funders and owners and advised on the groups acquisitions and disposals with deals ranging from £2m to £100m plus.

Over the years Anna has worked closely with senior management, general counsel and heads of legal of listed businesses acting as their trusted advisor.

In 2026, Anna was named in BusinessCloud’s Founder 250 list, an annual list of the UK’s best founder-led and founder-influenced businesses. The list highlights innovative companies in the UK and those that lead them.
