Tom is a real estate lawyer with over 20 years’ experience. After qualification in 1999, Tom spent 5 years with a Manchester firm before moving to Australia for a year working for a leading Melbourne firm. Tom returned to the UK in 2006 and worked for a boutique corporate law firm and more recently, Knights plc.

Tom advises clients in all aspects of commercial real estate investments and transactions with particular experience in secured lending agreements, asset management, options, joint ventures, conditional contracts, site assembly, property acquisitions and disposals. Tom also advises on landlord and tenant matters including lease renewals and issues over exits, covenants and dilapidations.

Tom has a pragmatic approach and takes pride in his excellent and long-standing relationships with clients.
