Jeremy is a commercial real estate specialist with over 30 years’ experience. He trained with Addleshaw Sons and Latham (as it was known then) and has co-owned his own law firm during his legal career. Jeremy advises clients in all aspects of real estate and acts for institutional investors, developers, tenants and landlords.

Jeremy acts as a trusted advisor to his clients and likes to be involved in transactions early on to ensure correct structures and exit strategies are in place from the outset. He also enjoys working collaboratively with other property professionals and has been involved in many high profile projects involving funding and joint ventures.

As well as acting for property savvy clients, Jeremy has built up a wealth of market knowledge and contacts enabling him to act as a strategic and business advisor.

Jeremy has acted on some interesting high profile transactions including:

• the sale of a large ground rent portfolio to a pension fund; and
• the acquisition and forward sale of offices in a high profile position in Manchester; and
• the acquisition of residential development land and subsequent sales of flats off plan including all structures to maximise client profit.
