Earle is a construction and engineering lawyer with over 20 years’ experience of advising clients across many sectors including Energy, Data Infrastructure, Sports and Leisure, Mining, Real Estate Development, IT, Rail and Education. Prior to joining Bexley Beaumont, Earle was the Head of Conexus Law’s Construction team and trained and practised at DLA Piper becoming the head of their North West Construction team. Earle also spent 5 years running his own law firm providing in-house legal support to a number of well-known companies.
Earle assists his clients to reach successful outcomes for their projects and takes the time to get to know his clients and understand their commercial imperatives for their projects. He provides a full service in relation to the delivery of a project from procurement advice, the appointment of consultants and advising on risk allocation, to drafting and negotiating the documents for the delivery of the project. In the event that a dispute arises, he advises on the most appropriate way of resolving it, whether by adjudication, alternative dispute resolution, mediation, expert determination or through arbitration or litigation.
