Alex is a commercial real estate lawyer with over 12 years’ experience working with leading law firms including King & Wood Mallesons and Eversheds. He is also co-founder of ALMA On Demand Limited, a specialist provider of “on demand” lawyer resource to commercial law firms and in-house legal teams.

Alex has a pragmatic, no-nonsense approach to transactions and is focussed on getting deals done quickly and efficiently.

Alex acts for a range of clients including institutional landlords, real estate funds, banks and commercial lenders, commercial occupiers, developers, overseas investors and high net worth individuals. His experience covers a wide range of industry sectors including the office, industrial and retail sectors involving acquisitions, disposals, development and landlord and tenant work.

Alex has worked on a number of high profile transactions including:

• the redevelopment and pre-letting of 5 Broadgate in London;
• the pre-letting of phases of the redeveloped Battersea Power Station;
• the £850m mixed use regeneration of Salford Central, including working on land acquisitions and two funding agreements relating to a significant development phase; and
• the sale of a number of high profile London office buildings.
