James is a private client lawyer with over 19 years’ experience. Prior to joining Bexley Beaumont, he was a partner at Dutton Gregory and prior to that a managing director and the head of a private client team.
He advises a diverse range of clients including business owners, individuals, families and high net worth individuals. He specialises in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate administration (probates and intestacies), trusts, Court of Protection matters (Enduring Power of Attorney registrations and Deputyships) and inheritance tax planning.
James is a full member of the Society of Trusts & Estates Practitioners (STEP) and Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) and regularly presents and writes articles in relation to private client issues.
