Brandon has a Masters in Law, and is a Solicitor specialising in construction law, having qualified in 2021. Brandon advises clients on both transactional and contentious construction law matters.
Brandon acts for clients in formal and informal dispute resolution procedures, including in the courts, adjudication, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution such as mediation. Brandon also provides advice to clients on avoiding potential disputes arising during construction projects.
Brandon has experience in drafting construction contracts including suites of JCT contract amendments and negotiating these with other parties. Brandon also advises clients on all issues arising out of construction contracts.
Brandon has recently completed the RICS Diploma in Adjudication Course, meaning he now meets the relevant National Occupational Standards and is able to seek fee-earning work as an adjudicator.
