Nicola is a highly experienced employment solicitor who advises on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious.
She acts for a wide range of clients, from individuals, owner-managed businesses and SMEs to national and multinational organisations and works across a diverse range of sectors, including sport, retail, financial services, IT, manufacturing and supply chain.
Nicola provides strategic advice and support on matters such as TUPE, redundancy and restructuring, senior executive appointments and terminations, settlement agreements, restrictive covenant disputes, discrimination and harassment, disciplinaries and grievances, performance and absence management as well as Employment Tribunal litigation. Also, Nicola drafts and audits contractual and policy documentation and advises individuals on workplace disputes.
She handles internal investigations, including discrimination, bullying and harassment and helps businesses implement policies and processes. In addition, Nicola has extensive experience of supporting on the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
Away from work, Nicola is married with three young daughters. Nicola enjoys travelling, being outdoors, cooking and yoga.
