Katy is a Partner in the Employment team based in Lancashire, advising businesses on the employment law and HR challenges they face. Her advice is grounded in a strong understanding of each client's business, enabling her to provide practical solutions that align with their wider commercial objectives.

With strong roots in the county, Katy has particular experience advising Lancashire's manufacturing, logistics and hospitality businesses, as well as owner-managed companies. She understands the workforce and people challenges employers face and takes a proactive, pragmatic and commercially focused approach to helping them navigate these effectively. While her practice has a strong Lancashire focus, she also advises companies nationally and internationally.

Katy advises businesses through periods of growth, change and challenge, with experience across complex employment projects including business restructures, collective redundancy programmes, outsourcing and TUPE. She also helps employers manage and resolve workplace disputes, including settlement agreements, ACAS Early Conciliation and Employment Tribunal proceedings.

Recognising that employment law and HR issues rarely exist in isolation, Katy works closely with colleagues across Bexley Beaumont to provide joined-up advice on corporate transactions, distressed businesses, director and shareholder disputes, senior executive exits and the enforcement of restrictive covenants.
