With more than seven years' post-qualification experience in commercial litigation, Shameem has developed experience in property and landlord and tenant disputes, alongside contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, insolvency-related matters and other complex commercial litigation.
Shameem has extensive experience representing clients throughout the dispute resolution process, including court proceedings, mediation, negotiation, expert determination and other forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). She is recognised for delivering clear, practical advice and for helping clients resolve disputes efficiently while protecting their commercial interests.
Before joining Bexley Beaumont, Shameem worked at several respected commercial law firms, where she managed high-value and multi-track litigation matters for businesses, property owners and private individuals. She has collaborated closely with corporate, real estate and private client teams to provide strategic, joined-up advice across a wide range of disputes.
