Ebru is a client-focused Real Estate lawyer with an in-depth understanding and knowledge of all aspects of property law. She focuses primarily on commercial property transactions and, with her extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector, acts predominantly on large property development portfolios, sales, acquisitions of multi-let office buildings, and grants of high-value leases. She also regularly acts on development finance transactions, where she represents lenders and bridging companies, ensuring their interests are fully protected.

Ebru acts for developers, landlords, private clients, and investors, including international investors. She also acts in residential property transactions.

Her most recent notable transactions include the sale of phase 1 portfolio of residential dwellings, comprising of over 200 flats with a combined value exceeding £8million. In addition, she has orchestrated the sale of portfolios exceeding £22million.

Outside of her legal practice, Ebru finds fulfilment in various activities including horse riding, meditation, travelling and Pilates.
