Katie trained and qualified with Clyde & Co LLP in 2019. After spending 2 years post-qualification at Clyde & Co, she moved to Shoosmiths LLP where she continued to practice as an Associate in the commercial property team.

Katie has experience acting for landlord, tenants, property companies and financial institutions. Katies’ experience includes advising on real estate investment acquisitions and disposals, development, hotel and leisure, retail, real estate finance and management of investment portfolios. She has recently acted for one of the UK’s largest property investment companies acting on several acquisitions and disposals and also has experience acting for a number of large, widely known retail clients.

Katie takes a commercial approach to her work focusing on the client’s business needs and timescales and is both pragmatic and responsive.
