Henry is a construction lawyer with over 20 years’ experience and has worked for various prominent law firms including Denton Wilde Sapte, Cripps Pemberton Greenish and, most recently, Knights.

Henry advises developers, contractors, sub-contractors, professional consultants and funders as well as purchasers, tenants and occupiers of commercial and residential property and his work has covered a wide range of development projects including industrial, distribution, office, retail and residential property developments.

  • Advising developers on the construction documentation for various hotel developments including following the insolvency of the original main contractor.
  • Advising high net worth clients on the construction documentation for various privately commissioned residential development projects.
  • Advising main contractors in relation to bespoke building contract documentation.
  • Advising a main contractor in relation to the appointment documentation of consultants appointed by it.
